One name, a dozen ways to build it

Lettering is one of the most versatile types of signage we do. Sometimes a customer wants large illuminated letters across the front of a building. Other times the right solution is clean metal or acrylic letters mounted directly to brick, stone, stucco or an interior wall.

The material, thickness, depth and mounting method all make a big difference in how the finished job looks. We can work from an existing logo or help turn a logo or typeface into something that can actually be fabricated and installed.

Depending on the project, we work with aluminum, stainless steel, acrylic and other sign materials.

Letters can be mounted individually or installed using a raceway or other support system when the building conditions call for it.

Sizes and typical setups

There is no standard size. Interior office lettering may only be several inches high, while exterior building letters can be several feet high and span a large portion of a facade.

For exterior jobs, we pay attention to viewing distance and the scale of the building. For interior work, the goal is usually a cleaner, more finished installation that works with the architecture around it.
